Was double charged for a yearly Ballys subscription that we did not sign up for

Not sure if there is such a thing as "Roku hacking" but we were charged for 2 Bally's annual subscriptions we did not sign up for.  One subscription was directly through Bally's and the other through Roku on the same day. I cannot find a customer service chat or phone number.  It would be nice if someone could help me get a hold of someone to discuss.  I find it hard to believe that such a large company with such a well known name does not offer customer support.  Extremely disappointing.
