I am being charged for peacock fir months and when i go in my account it says its cancelled but its not. Im
being charged about 4 different charges warmer medi, roku, peacock, hulu, i hve not subscribed to any of these and i cannot het anyone to help.

- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to Purchase history & invoices
- Review your invoices for Content or Products

If you are being charged for items you did not authorize, contact your bank/Credit card company and have them disputed until you can get the issue rectified as it is possible someone has hacked your account.

I saw on my Discover card I was charged for 3 months $14.97 Mistake did not know I was being charged. Request a refund

I understand you have been charged on your account. To resolve this,
- sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to My Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to cancel. Then, choose Manage Subscription and Turn off auto-renew. This will cancel your subscription, and you won’t be billed in the future.
For further assistance, you may reach our Accounts and Billing team. Please select the Account, Payments & Subscriptions option to be led to their contact details.
