    Max App pause and playback issue

    Has anyone else had this issue? I pause a show or film on Max and when I go to hit play it rewinds the film or show and starts playback way before where I paused it. It's only happening on the Max App and none of the others. It's so annoying and Max is the most expensive monthly charge out of all my apps. Anyone have any tricks or tips to fix this issue????

    Roku PBS app is not working and keeps crashing

    The PBS app on my Roku Ultra LT stopped loading after the most recent app update, a few days ago. All other apps are working properly. After clicking on the app, it shows a brief blank screen then returns to the Roku home screen. App ver 5.8 build 3. Tried deleting the app then rebooting and reloading the app, still not working.

    Volume is too loud on commercials too low on shows/movies

    Does anyone else have a problem with the volume on commercials being very loud while the volume on shows/movies is so low that you have to turn the volume way up. This causes the already loud commercials to blast so loud that it could wake the dead. I am very uncomfortable with this as I do not want to wake my neighbors. I have to hold the remote and mute all the commercials as soon as they come on. Very annoying... I do not watch Roku as much as I would like due to this issue and I never listen to commercials. No great loss there... 🙂

    Unable to stream or loading issue with The Chosen channel

    The app is not working at all on my Roku TV as promised. Not only does the TV not respond to the app, it won't even cast from my phone's The Chosen App. I don't know whose dropping the ball, but someone needs to pick it up! The app shows up on the TV when downloaded but when I try to play S4 E1, it clicks into season 3? Weird. If I try it again, my whole TV locks up! Not a happy camper. 😒 I've gone through all he recommended trouble shooting from both Roku and The Chosen App website. I can watch from my computer but more than one of us would like to watch together. Anyone have luck??

    Audio at Beginning of youTube video sped up

    Starting this morning anytime I play a video on YouTube the first few seconds of audio are sped up like its trying to catch up to the video or something. This is only happening on YouTube. I’ve tried power cycling, uninstall-restart-reinstall, and the problem persists. Anyone else encountered this or have any idea how to fix it?

    My new Roku Ultra keeps losing its HDMI connection to my TV

    This is a nice addition to the Roku lineup but it has a major flaw. Once it started happening to me, I checked the internet and found out that quite a few others are having similar problems. About 1/3 of the time when I turn on my TV and Roku, it indicates there is no signal to the TV. The various fixes suggested for this involve connecting to other TV HDMI inputs, swapping in new HDMI cables, reversing those HDMI cables, and cleaning the contacts on the HDMI cables and the HDMI plugs on both ends. I can certify that none of these work reliably and, if they do at first, the problem will shortly recur. Based on my and other users' experiences, it appears clear to me that the problem is either in the Roku's HDMI plug or the associated wiring/firmware/components. The only way I've found to restore the signal consistently is to power down the Roku and it will make the connection instantly as soon as the Roku reboots. I've seen Roku reps continuing to give the same advice to others who notice the problem and I've seen no signs that they are investigating it as a design or manufacturing problem. This is the only Roku I've had with this problem and I've owned about eight up to now. I'm not sure what to do, but my next step will be to specifically contact Roku, if they don't respond to this, and try for a replacement unit (or two - I have another I bought at the same time that I don't use much but may have the same problem when that happens. I'll swap the two I have and see what happens next.)

    MotoGP app crashes on startup

    Opened my MotoGP app today, and the splash screen for MGP shows on the screen, but then it immediately crashes and reverts to the home screen. Other apps are working. Have tried restarting Roku, removing app and reinstalling, unplugging Roku for five minutes and restarting, none of this has worked. Paying a lot of money for this access - need this to work for the weekend!

    Keeps kicking me out of my apps and back to the home screen

    Help! So on apps especially Hulu, prime and HBO max within minutes of beginning a show it kicks me off and back to the home screen. This just started about a week ago and I just deleted and reinstalled the apps and still having the same issues.

    Paramount Plus audio and video is out of sync on my Roku device

    CBS Live on Paramount Plus has audio/video sync issues. The longer you watch the worse it becomes. Only happens on CBS Live. Have unplugged the ROKU power supply and the router power supply. No help. Hope someone has a solution. No other app is affected; Netflix, Amazon, Sling, IMDB. Contacted customer support. Found out what most all have found out. They are useless. Say they will contact you via email. Has not happened.
