MotoGP app crashes on startup

Opened my MotoGP app today, and the splash screen for MGP shows on the screen, but then it immediately crashes and reverts to the home screen. Other apps are working. Have tried restarting Roku, removing app and reinstalling, unplugging Roku for five minutes and restarting, none of this has worked. Paying a lot of money for this access - need this to work for the weekend!

    To ensure the app operates smoothly, you can check for updates by highlighting the app and pressing the Star (*) button.

    I also have the same problem.

    Two ROKU devices, each on a different TV in different rooms.

    Both previously worked. I even watched qualifying this morning.

    Now the app crashes immeadiately upon opening on both ROKU devices.

    Same here in US.  Completely unacceptable.  Who has the lead here ...MotoGP app or Roku?

    I'm in ny Saturday April 26th and the same problem here. Did all the recommended fixes n nothing worked. Same problem on all tvs but my android phone works. Watched Q2 this morning then it was done. Back to home screen. I e mailed the help center.

    Same issue in the states. Deleted, reinstalled, and rebooted Roku to no avail. Does the same thing on IPhone, must be a big issue since it’s across different devices. I’m very disappointed to say the least as this is why I pay big bucks to be able to watch live!!!

    I am having the same problem, precisely the same symptoms. Was using it yesterday, but it is failing today. I made contact with MotoGP app through the "Contact Us" link on their website and described the issue to them. If I get any response I will pass it on here.

      I'm having the same issue too. It was working fine earlier and now it crashes. I tried the suggested steps to troubleshoot it and no success. Please fix this app!!!

      Yeah!!! For $33 a month; this is BS! A group of us wanted to watch practice, qualifying, and the Saturday race. Party ruined by Motogp. My iPad app crashes too. Reinstalled both platforms and it just crashes every time. This is MotoGP trying block people borrowing passwords. Like they are not making enough money off its viewers.

    Same here. In Texas, USA. It crashed yesterday a bit, but then worked later on. 

     

    Today however, it's very consistently crashing. Sometimes the MotoGP logo splashes and then crashes and other times it gets to the home page but has the loading animation for a second or two and then comes the crash.

     

    Is this a MotoGP issue, Roku issue, or perhaps even both? We all pay a high premium for this service and this isn't right for it to be buggy like this.

    Same problem here. The app also crashes on my iPhone.  The proposed solution didn’t help.  Any other ideas?

        Same problem....had to USB my laptop / MotoGP main site to the TV.

      Log in the website and then try and connect to your TV through airplay
