Weird Al Yankovic commercial sequence

The Weird Al Yankovic commercial sequence is so Annoying I turn off the device everything I hear it.  PLEASE CHANGE IT!

    Roku has succeeded in turning me away from every one of the programs in this sequence of commercials.  Is this by design for the programs or the stations?  I noticed other channels just go to a music break without a Roku commercial sequence.  What is that about?

    Strongly agree with Weird Al torture. Banish that. And Martha Steward too.

        This is a BS canned response folks. It appears with different staff names throughout the thread. These people don't give a whit about what their customers want or prefer.

      I've gone back to Pluto TV.  I'm trying to watch Ringside Politics on Real America's Voice and the whole Martha Stewart, Weird Al, etc. sequence has just played a dozen times in a row and wouldn't return to programming.  Pluto TV stinks, too, but I can't listen to "I Love Rocky Road" anymore.  And there is no setting called Privacy.  There is one for Advertising, but all that does is allow or disallow you eavesdropping on me to personalize ads.  I'd watch the Weird Al movie, if that would stop the commercial.  I'm also sick of "Weird Al is taking the world by storm!"  Although I bought his CDs, he NEVER took ANY world BY STORM.

      that doesnt do anything to stop the annoying weird al, rich eisen commercials!  Most annoying sequence on TV  seriously looking into other streaming devices!

      Since the post was from May and the sequence still plays every 5 minutesin every channel I can’t imagine much consideration has been given. 

      I would love to “binge” the Martha channel but the background sounds of cats mewling before she winks about being a multi-tasker… makes binging a torturous affair and me the enemy of my housemates.

      Every 5 minutes for 24 hours a day for months if I want to keep one of your channels on as background noise. It’s freaking torture and I’m ready to throw in the towel and just stream all day from Netflix.

        Didn't mind the first 10,000,000 times I heard the Weird Al commercial stream, but after months of this viewer abuse, ROKU has proven to me it hates their viewers. I now would never watch any of the programs advertised, and am moving to Firestick next time I go shopping. Congratulations, ROKU has taken a good idea and turned it to a nightmare with just one commercial.

    Dr asked what has been bothering me. I told him when ROKU plays the Weird Al commercial 3x's in a Row 50 times a day. He said that is Normal. . .

        Between the weird Al and Martha Stuart commercials CONSTANTLY playing at EVERY break, makes us contemplate getting the fire stick. We really enjoy the roku but COME ON what ever happened to PRODUCT advertising
