Spaceship/UFO graphic?

Hi - when I turned on my TV and tried to go to Roku, all I get is a spaceship/UFO graphic - nothing I do will get rid of it. I replaced the batteries in the remote - no help.

Have I been hacked or something? I want to watch TV!

    rinkerr​ Try unplugging the Roku device for at least 30 seconds.  Then plug it back in.  It sounds like you are stuck on the start up screen.
