    Error 014.50

    I am getting error #014.50. All my other devices are connected to my WIFI, and my speed is excellent. Even had my ISP here to check it on the internet, and tried her hotspot, and it wouldn't connect. Did a factory reset, and it didn't help. Does this mean my wireless card is bad?

    Audio on Specific Channels in Spanish and Unable to Turn Off Voice Reader

    I'm having two issues that I just cannot figure out. Firstly, on at least two of my cable tv channels, the audio for TV shows and movies the majority of the time is in Spanish. It's on the Disney channel and FX channel. I have looked everywhere I can to try to fix it but there are no options to change it. Secondly, at least one channel provides audio descriptions for EVERYTHING and it's extremely irritating. It's NOT the voice reader. I checked multiple times to make sure it's off. In another post I saw someone say this. Press the * button while the show is playing, then navigate to Accessibility and Captions. From there, select the Audio Track option and toggle between the different available English tracks until you find the one that doesn't include the narration. But when I go to Accessibility & Language, there is no option for selecting audio track. Please help.😭

    Roku TV fails to connect it the internet

    The roku tv I have has been failing to stay connected to wifi so I have to do a network reset every 2 or 3 days. First indication is the voice remote will just quit, so l have to use my old RF or IR remote to do anything at all with the tv. My roku express doesn't have this problem and stays connected and the remote doesn't frustrate me to a rage. The obvious solution of course was to connect the express to the tv via the excessively prolific HDMI ports on the tv. Additionally I can still cast to the TV regardless if or not the tv is connected to the internet provided of course that I disable my VPN on the computer I cast from or it wont complete the connection. This wifi failure on the tv has been consistent for about 6 weeks making me think that some update's what has broke the tv. I have only done one factory reset on this 2017 tv this whole time and I'd rather avoid having to do that considering the hours of time I'd have to spend getting things back on there how I had it. However that seems to be the only remining task before I expense the device off to the pawn shop.

    Volume skips 3 steps when changing

    I have a ROKU TV and recently it started changing the volume by three steps at a time for example 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, etc... I have searched the settings and don't see anything setting for this. I am sure when I first got the TV about 2 months ago it would change the volume by 1 step. my remote has rechargeable batteries so can't open this remote. I did try re-pairing and that did not help. I have a second remote with batteries that does the same thing and re-pairing also did not help so I am thing this something in the TV. Anyone have any other suggestions or ideas?

    My wife enjoys looking for the Easter eggs in the roku city screensaver, but she is saddened over the lack of 4 ninja turtles. As far as we can see there are only 3. Who's missing? Leonardo? Donatello? Michelangelo? Raphael? This questions weighs heavy on our minds and we would greatly enjoy seeing them all reunited.

    TV is connected to Wi-Fi, but not loading apps

    My tv settings say my connection is connected when doing a connection test, so it says it is connected. (My phone uses same connection and is fine.) But the tv acts like it is not connected to any internet at all, and apps don't load. I have done all the restarting and checking updates, etc. The app's just sit there and eventually say there is an error or just sits and spins the progress circle and never does anything. It's with all apps. Is this part of this "investigation" of some services not working? Most threads and posts are mentioning the roku app itself or accessing camera's. Anyone have an answer?

    HDMI cable does not work on Roku TV

    Hi, I'm having an issue using the HDMI cable plugged into my Roku TV. When I plug the HDMI into my computer it does not broadcast my screen to the TV and instead prompts me to start screen mirroring. The content I want to view is a copyright protected so that it does not work with screen mirroring. I have disabled screen mirroring and Apple Air Play in the Roku settings and this still happens. I have also tried multiple devices, all of which have the same issue so I know it's not my computer. I even tried a factory reset on the TV and nothing has worked.

    Hisense Roku TV audio is soft at the 100 vol. level

    I have done the System Restart (Reboot) and the Settings Audio reset. I have set volume to 100, with menu loud, conversation clarified, and volume evened up. The advertisements are loud enough, but the program is unintelligible in the soft sections. Some movies are loud enough at 90, but some are too soft to understand.

    Alexa is not connecting to the Roku TV

    To whom it may concern, I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with connecting my Roku TV to Amazon Alexa. Despite following all the recommended steps and troubleshooting procedures, Alexa is unable to discover my Roku TV. Here is what I have done so far: I have successfully enabled the Roku skill in the Alexa app. I have linked my Roku account and granted the necessary permissions. I have tried searching for devices multiple times in the Alexa app, but my Roku TV does not appear in the list. I have disabled and re-enabled the Roku skill several times. I have restarted both my Roku TV and Alexa-enabled device multiple times. I have verified that “Fast TV Start” is enabled on my Roku TV. My Roku TV and Alexa device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Despite these efforts, Alexa continues to be unable to detect my Roku TV. Please advise on how this issue can be resolved, or if there is a known issue currently affecting Alexa integration with Roku TVs. I would appreciate any further steps you can provide or a timeline for when this functionality will be restored if it’s a system-wide issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     Buffering After Watching A Long Time

    I have several different Roku devices and I've noticed that after streaming for a long period of time it will just randomly start having buffering issues on any of the devices. My internet connection is fine and I know that's not the issue, the issue is with the Roku because I can exit out of the app and go back in and it will play fine for a while again before returning to the buffering issues. I have no idea how something can play fine for a while and then just suddenly have buffering issues that has nothing to do with my internet going out. BTW, this usually happens watching sports cause that's almost all I watch.
