ONN TV Stuck on Recovery
I just took my Onn TV out of the box and plugged it in. It worked for a few hours then none of the apps would open. I did a restart and then it went into recovery mode and will not update. I tried to do the support chat and they are not helping at all. I've done the reset button and tried to update multiple times. Nothing is working and the TV is brand new.
Help help help.. Whats going on with the roku, my devices are not working like they use to..
Seems like the last couple months my roku devices have slowly messing up here and there, but usually able to resolve issue. The last month my roku TV, camera etc have lost features Biggest issue is the HDCP just popped up said devices not compatible, took every step out there to factory reset new hdmi cables moving to different ports etc.. Nothing has worked.. COULD IT dang is my tv already outdated. It's not 2 years old but nowadays that's old. If out of nowhere my tv is out of data etc that's not cool I'm not made of money I can't just go buy it a new TV because a update, platform change etc and shuts down TVs so it seems like having to buy a new TV every year is somehow okay or the norm.. Is there issues, updates, something going on to basically turn my smart devices stupid... Plus if I watch everything through my roku TV wifi streaming without extra/external device. I do have stick and tried going through speakers but same message not compatible for HDCP.. I wouldn't be frustrated if this was on and off thing but not even a month and my shows that HDCP that's I've watched no problem, now can not watch them. and don't have to use an hdmi what's that mean. I love any help OTHER THAN THE SAME STEPS OVER AND OVER.. I'd sure appreciate actually help not steps
Samsung Smart View not working 2025
This year, and it maybe a Samsung update that did this, but I no longer can get Smart View to screen mirror unless I go onto Hisense Roku TV and in "Advanced System Settings" I click on "Network connection reset" and then it works every time, and then my Samsung S23 is connecting fine mirroring my phone to the Roku TV. Problem arises with this type of fix is the TV no longer has internet. I have to reset the network connection with my Roku login and password every time I use Smart View. I've done all other recommended solutions: clear caches, reboot Verizon wireless router, reboot my Samsung S23, reboot Hisense Roku TV. Made sure on Roku TV that "screen mirroring" is "prompt" and now it's on "always allow" either way works fine. Screen mirroring devices don't have anything blocked and my phone is shown on "always allowed devices". I've done software updates on everything. On my Roku the "Device connect" says "enable device connect". On Roku the "Control by mobile apps" is enabled. Anyone have an answer to use my Smart View again, without having to always reset network connection on my Roku TV?
Roku Live TV has a low-quality resolution
Hi all, My Roku 40" TV has poor quality when using live TV. I haven't had this with previous TVs, including previous Rokus. I only got this TV earlier this year (refurbished), and I don't think it was like this when I first got it. When streaming using the internet, it's fantastic quality. I've tried all the other fixes, including searching for updates and manually changing picture mode and specific settings. I've gotten it to the best quality I can, but it is hampered by the resolution. It looks like 720p at most to be honest I've spent the past 2-3 months looking for a fix and nothing has worked.Sharp Roku Tv 55 inches is too quiet
I have my Xbox connected to it and I sometimes go on Spotify to listen to music or on Netflix to watch a movie and I recently started noticing that it’s too quiet no matter what I do, this barely started happening recently like a day or two ago but when I got it it was fine, any solution to this problem?
