Roku TV Wireless Soundbar Bluetooth Capabilities
I am looking at purchasing the Roku TV Wireless Soundbar to pair with my Roku TV Plus. I like that the soundbar is wireless and available to upgrade with subwoofer and speakers in the future. My question is whether it is possible to connect devices other than a smartphone and tablet to the soundbar. Specifically, I have a record player that I use with my current soundbar via bluetooth connection. If I can't connect the record player to the soundbar then I would need to have a separate sound system for the tv and the record player. I just really dislike that I need to use two separate remotes when watching tv because the roku remote will not control the power or volume of my current soundbar.Solved76Views3likes1CommentNo soundbar audio with mono audio sources
I have a Roku TV Wireless Soundbar (9301R) and I get no audio when my audio source is 1.0 ch. Mono on the Plex app. The two ways to work around this is to set my audio output settings from the soundbar back to the built-in TV speakers OR use the Plex app through my PlayStation 5 rather than the Roku TV version of the app. Is this a problem with the soundbar/TV or the Roku TV version of the Plex app?22Views1like2CommentsStreambar Pro not connecting to speakers/subwoofer
Hello, I recently purchased a Roku Streambar Pro on Amazon to upgrade from our previous Roku Streambar. We already had the Roku external speakeres (2 speakers-rear) and the Roku subwoofer. We installed the Streambar Pro, and had to use the optic cord as we have an older Vizio tv without the ARC port. We have pushed the RESET button for 10 seconds, and the status light is flashing. When we try to pair the speakers/subwoofer - it says "searching" and then quickly moves on the "updating speakers" - this goes on for a few minutes, and then it says "Unable to Pair". We have unplugged the speakers as well. It has no affect. We have turned on and off the soundbar. No affect. What else could it be?171Views1like19CommentsConnecting the Roku device to a speaker that can be heard with and without a hearing aid
I can pair my mother's bluetooth hearing aides with the Roku but then no one else can hear the sound. Is there a sound box/bar that can be connected to the Roku which allows both those with out hearing aides to hear the sound and the person with the bluetooth hearing aides to have the sound streamed to their hearing aides at the same time?54Views1like1CommentNo audio/Stuttering error
I tried asking chatgpt how to fix the error No sound, Sound is jerky and it told me Go to Settings > Audio and select “Stereo” or “Auto detect” I tried both but it didn’t work. Do you have any way to fix it? I usually connect via HDMI I hope everyone can help58Views1like1CommentBluetooth speaker connected to Roku Ultra LT
I have my Roku Ultra LT connected to a bluetooth speaker, which stays plugged into the USB port, so the battery is not going to run out. My problem is, the bluetooth speaker turns off after a few minutes if I'm not actively playing sound out of it. I want it to stay on. If I want it off, I'll turn it off. Turning itself off means I have to reconnect it each time. Is there a setting in Roku that would let me keep my bluetooth speaker on? If there is, I haven't found it. Otherwise, is there any kind of solution?Solved113Views1like4CommentsBluetooth rugged mini speaker.
I was able to connect a ONN brand mini speaker to my router via Bluetooth but the sound on the TV is muted I believe because you have to use the headphones 🎧 option on your phone for the mini speaker to work. The mini speaker actually sounds great, I was just wondering if sound on the TV has to be muted and that's just the way it is or is there a work around? In other words I would like to have the volume on the TV audible and be able to put my mini speaker in another room...sorry for taking the long way to explain 😆 lolSolved61Views1like3CommentsHow to connect a Bluetooth headset on Roku Streambar?
So call me confused: are the soundbars just the audio part and not the "play the movie" also? I'm assuming just audio is picking up from the TV. My main question is, my TV doesn't have Bluetooth for headsets (don't get me started on how I assumed something so mainstream would be missing - my bad, lol), so I typically use the remote pro with a headjack, which is a pain in that I have to carry the remote if I'm going to get something. Do the sound bars allow Bluetooth for a headset/AirPod, and if so, is there lag like when I try to play through their Android app headset connection? Any other suggested combos without much lag?Solved1.5KViews1like7Comments
