Streambar Pro not connecting to speakers/subwoofer

Hello, I recently purchased a Roku Streambar Pro on Amazon to upgrade from our previous Roku Streambar. We already had the Roku external speakeres (2 speakers-rear) and the Roku subwoofer. We installed the Streambar Pro, and had to use the optic cord as we have an older Vizio tv without the ARC port. We have pushed the RESET button for 10 seconds, and the status light is flashing. When we try to pair the speakers/subwoofer - it says "searching" and then quickly moves on the "updating speakers" - this goes on for a few minutes, and then it says "Unable to Pair". We have unplugged the speakers as well. It has no affect. We have turned on and off the soundbar. No affect. What else could it be?

No soundbar audio with mono audio sources

I have a Roku TV Wireless Soundbar (9301R) and I get no audio when my audio source is 1.0 ch. Mono on the Plex app. The two ways to work around this is to set my audio output settings from the soundbar back to the built-in TV speakers OR use the Plex app through my PlayStation 5 rather than the Roku TV version of the app. Is this a problem with the soundbar/TV or the Roku TV version of the Plex app?

Roku Ultra LT has auto timeout on BT audio

Roku support bot closed a valid open issue automatically, just like the Roku device automatically closes valid Bluetooth connections to audio output devices. See here: Bluetooth speaker connected to Roku Ultra LT | Roku Community https://community.roku.com/discussions/audio/bluetooth-speaker-connected-to-roku-ultra-lt/1091174 NOT SOLVED! This is an issue that exists and there is not a solution, yet. Bluetooth disconnects automatically after ~20 minutes. I also have a brand new Roku Ultra LT. I have set up 3 Bluetooth audio devices. 1) Roku remote with a headphone jack (Bluetooth); 2) PyleUSA surround sound system; 3) KVIDIO WH201a over ear headphones. My Roku Ultra LT device disconnects each of these Bluetooth audio devices automatically after ~20 minutes of no sound. There are plenty of valid reasons why someone would have no sound generated for 20 minutes then expect sound to still play. I won't go into all the reasons why this is bad, but it is. John Cage's 4'33" comes to mind. This should be configurable, preferably per device but an overall timeout configuration: Never; HH:MM hours and minutes would suffice. My PyleUSA device has a sound notification for Bluetooth connect or disconnect. I have its volume set to max so that I have the full volume range controllable via my Roku remote. If I'm doing something for 20 minutes a very loud Bluetooth disconnect notification is played and it scares everyone nearby. I've reported the issue to Pyle but don't expect a resolution.

Add Bluetooth Audio Pairing for Speakers and Headphones

I’d really appreciate it if Bluetooth audio pairing could be added to the TV. Right now, there’s no way to connect wireless headphones or third-party Bluetooth speakers directly, which makes it harder to enjoy private listening or use modern setups without extra equipment. Even though I don’t use Bluetooth headphones myself, I’d still like the option to pair speakers or other devices. Other platforms like Roku offer private listening through their app or direct pairing on select models. It would be great if Vizio could offer something similar—either through a firmware update or built-in support on future TVs. Thanks for considering this feature.

Connecting the Roku device to a speaker that can be heard with and without a hearing aid

I can pair my mother's bluetooth hearing aides with the Roku but then no one else can hear the sound. Is there a sound box/bar that can be connected to the Roku which allows both those with out hearing aides to hear the sound and the person with the bluetooth hearing aides to have the sound streamed to their hearing aides at the same time?

Bluetooth speaker connected to Roku Ultra LT

I have my Roku Ultra LT connected to a bluetooth speaker, which stays plugged into the USB port, so the battery is not going to run out. My problem is, the bluetooth speaker turns off after a few minutes if I'm not actively playing sound out of it. I want it to stay on. If I want it off, I'll turn it off. Turning itself off means I have to reconnect it each time. Is there a setting in Roku that would let me keep my bluetooth speaker on? If there is, I haven't found it. Otherwise, is there any kind of solution?

Bluetooth Audio Support for All Devices

Roku TVs should allow Bluetooth audio output to any speaker or headphones — not just Roku-branded ones. Right now, the mobile app workaround causes lag and drains phone battery. I use an onn. Roku TV (model 100012589, software 14.6) and would really benefit from native support for my JBL speaker. Hope Roku considers this. It would improve the experience for a lot of users.

The TV speaker turns off when pairing hearing aids

I pair my hearing aids to my phone through the Roku app and the speaker to the TV turns off? Why? This makes it so I can't watch TV with others? This is not helpful. How can this get changed?

    Muffled music audio on streambar

Having audio trouble with my Roku stream Bar that is about 2 years old. Another Roku user posted the identical problem, when watching a TV show such as the Grammys where there is a combination of speaking audio and the musical performances all sounds great with the speaking audio but when they switch to a musical performance the sound is very muted, muffled, almost like the singers microphone is turned off yet we still hear them faintly from the nearby guitarists microphone. The other Roku user is dgray3825. my model number 18445131492 Exact symptoms the other day during super bowl the game sounded fine but during halftime I could barely hear usher singing, if I turned up the volume to 30 or more I could hear it a bit better but still didn't sound very good. There are lots of other Roku users posting similar problems and unfortunately you don't post any follow-up or resolutions you often just mention that you are handling with them directly and not on this forum. Thanks for any help
