Connecting the Roku device to a speaker that can be heard with and without a hearing aid

I can pair my mother's bluetooth hearing aides with the Roku but then no one else can hear the sound. Is there a sound box/bar that can be connected to the Roku which allows both those with out hearing aides to hear the sound and the person with the bluetooth hearing aides to have the sound streamed to their hearing aides at the same time?

    It looks like you want to hear the sound simultaneously with or without a hearing aid.

    Could you confirm which Roku device or speaker you are using? If you could provide the model, that would be awesome!
