Reset Network Connection:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select Advanced system settings
- Select Network connection reset
- Select Reset connection
System Restart
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Additionally, you can perform a system restart on your modem/router. Further, we also recommend trying to connect to a hotspot to see if you're able to maintain a connection.

- May we know what Roku device you're using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)
- How far is your Roku device from your network router?
- Are your other devices able to connect to the network without any issues or latency?

My router is close to the TV with roku. I was watching it and it just stopped.

This did not fix the issue. Internet and router are fine and I've restarted everything multiple times. This started a few days ago and now my Roku is useless
There is nothing wrong with my Internet

Here are the steps you can try:
- Make sure you are using the right network and password.
- Check if other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi® network. Test your internet connection using a phone, computer, or tablet that is connected to the same network. If your other device is not working, reach out to your ISP for further help.
- Restart your Roku device. To restart your device, you can either unplug the power cable, wait a moment, and then reconnect it, or follow the steps below to restart your device from the Settings menu.
- Restart your router.
