Error 009 was fine now won’t connect

I’ve had my Roku TV for almost 3 months. I’ve had no problems until today. I am getting Error 009 message and I can’t connect to my wifi. I’ve reset the tv, the router and did a factory reset, and it still won’t connect. Password is correct and it shows a strong signal. Please help.

Just a quick note: error code 009 indicates a connection issue. Your Roku is connected to the router, but it seems like the router isn't getting internet connection. Since you've already tried some troubleshooting steps, I’d recommend giving your ISP a call for more assistance.
