We see that you're encountering an issue with the PBS app that keeps crashing. We'd be more than happy to investigate this further.
In order for us to understand the concern better, we'd like to request the following information below:
- When did you start noticing this issue?
- What specific troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
- Do you encounter any error messages?
- What Roku device is affected by this problem?
- Have you received any recent software updates? If so, please provide the latest software version of your Roku. (It can be found in Settings > System > About.)
- A photo or a short video clip of the incident.
We would greatly appreciate it if you would be able to supply all this information to foster the investigation process.
We are looking forward to hearing from you and looking closely into this issue.

I have the same issue and have followed all of steps most of the above with no joy. Any more ideas?

PBS App development says it is failing only on the 4400x 4K HDR model Roku device, and that they are now working on it now...
