Perhaps if you provided some information about your issue, someone might be able to help. We don't know what you mean by "don't work properly".
If you have a Roku 4 (model 4400), Disney no longer supports that player, so to continue using Disney+ or Hulu you need a new player. If it's something else, please provide some info, including the Roku device model number.
