Have you checked that the account you used to log in to the Roku Mobile app is the same as the one on your Roku TV? Additionally, try searching for the channel within the app to see if it's visible there.
If the app was located, try removing it and then reinstalling it there.

Like I indicated below, my channel screen is not in the mobile app at all. Also I only have one roku login.

After dealing with this issue on two Roku TVs for a couple of weeks, the problem has disappeared mysterious.
