Just frozen.  Frustrating.  I believe the issue is with Cineplex but still annoying.

Thanks for informing us about this, and we'd like to be able to help. 

Here are a few things you can do to see if it will get you up and running.

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

Happened to me today. I had to go to home screen to delete it. Not the app store. Now I cant remember my pw 😅it's telling me my email account dosent exist.
