Solving playback issues

Except it doesn’t work. I have tried that a long with every other suggestion to no solution.

Yes it still will not load, it has been months like this. 
no update available, version is 15.1 build 42

Please update the Apple TV app and your Roku device or TV again. Let us know the app version and Roku software version.

To update the app:

1. Highlight the app
2. Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote
3. Check for updates

To software update the Roku device or TV:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Software update
5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

Please try to update your devices again, then let us know the current software version, and test the Apple TV app again on the Roku device to see if the issue persists.

How to update a Roku streaming device?

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Software update
5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

If the issue persists, provide a video recording showing the issue, if possible.
