Even after deleting & reinstalling it still is not working.

All ya do is select the Apple TV app at the Home Screen, click asterisk and “Restart app.” Ya know…like a reboot.

Thanks for hanging in there while we work on this! Are you still having issues with the Apple TV app? If so, when did it start? Also, could you check which version of the Apple TV app you have? Just highlight the app, hit the star (*) button, and select 'Check for Updates.'
And don’t forget to let us know the software version of the Roku device. You can find that by going to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now. Thanks!
