Just installed Roku Express 4K. We have Xfinity cable. Installation went fine but now I have no sound when we want to watch a Roku channel. I have tried every button I can think of on the receiver remote as well as the Xfinity remote.

Have you tried restarting the Roku Express 4K? If not, here's how to do it: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart.

Still no sound, picture is fine. I've tried restarting everything, including TV, modem, etc, etc. I DO get sound but it is from whatever Xfinity channel is on. I have a Samsung TV and Sony receiver. Help!!

We want to find out if this happened with all the content on the Roku Channel. If that’s the case, try updating the app. Just highlight the app > hit the * button on the Roku remote > choose "Check for Updates.".
