None of apps will open on Roku Express

Device ID: C43899587244

OS Version: 14.1

QUESTION: Should I replace the device?

@rgaffinjr If you haven't tried it yet, do a system restart on the device or unplug power for 60 seconds and see if that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have already done both (system restart, 60 sec. unplug) and problem persists.

Question: should consider replacing the device (about 8 years old)?
