@simba2 talk to Paramount about it. They provide the service and they are the ones with the problem, not Roku.
I've spoken with Paramount for the last 2 days. Still no luck. Still can not watch Big Brother live feeds.
Same, but, they are trying to figure out the problem.
You can watch live feds on PlutoTV which is a free app on Roku.
that’s the work around.
I will be calling Paramount for a credit.
You can watch live feeds on PlutoTV on Roku.
The issue is solved!!!
big brother and live feeds are working again.
we did it!
😄
We appreciate your update and the information you provided. It seems like the issue with the Big Brother live channel has been sorted out for most users. Why not give your device a quick restart? Just head to Settings > System > Power or System restart and see if that helps with the issue.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation!
This has to be a Roku issue because the live feeds on the Paramount+ app work on my Apple TV and iPad. They worked on my Roku TV and Roku Ultra until tonight. Everything has the same internet connection, nothing has changed, I don't have a VPN. If it was a Paramount+ issue, one would think the problem would be on all devices, not just Rokus.
Hi, @CRDFilm
Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.
We appreciate you letting us know about the issue you have encountered with Big Brother Live. Since the content is being viewed under that channel, you may want to reach out to Paramount Plus' support directly. Most Channel providers on Roku manage their own channels and their content.
For more information, please refer to Paramount Plus | Support
We hope this will be sorted out soon.
Best wishes,
Kash
Seems like a lot of people have been talking to Paramount+ with no results. I did, however, reboot my modem and that seems to have fixed the problem. But again, the issue was only on Roku devices. I could watch the local live stream on Paramount+ on Roku, but I could not watch the Big Brother live feeds. Everything worked on Apple devices on the same internet connection, so that points to an issue with the P+ Roku app. Anyway, it seems to be fixed now with the modem reboot (which, btw, is a T-Mobile 5G with dynamic IP, so I know that can be a problem with streaming services).
