Solving playback issues

My Netflix, Prime, YouTube are fine.

Whenever I try live TV I either get a completely black screen, or it sticks on the loading circle on a black screen. I can see the TV guide though.

When I use the Roku Channel, it gets stuck with the background alone and nothing plays.

I have the Roku Express 4k+

We'd like to know when this issue started and if you have another Roku device that you try to play to test if the same issue occurs.

Let's see if this will work for you.

Restart your Roku device:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll down and select Settings 
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step
5. Select System restart
