This has happened thrwice, with JUST FREEKIN YOUTUBE TV, HAD TO FACTORY RESET ROKU JUST TO BE ABLE TO RE-INSTALL UTUBETV, each time... PATHETIC.
GOING TO BUY a NEW SMART TV. Just to dump Roku.
I wanted to watch YouTube tv on our Roku tv, but when I looked for it, it had suddenly disappeared. When I searched for it through the app search function, it was still there but I could not open it. When I restarted it came back for a second but then disappeared again. Does anyone know why this is? This is our most used streaming platform so we really need to know.

This is not fixed...at least this didn't work for me. I'm still not seeing Youtube TV app on home screen. Only way to access it is to use "Search" function. I've also found the app either logged out or un-installed over the past few days. I've tried the Roku system software and it says it's up to date.
Please fix this as soon as you can.
Roku 3810x Streaming Stick+ (I have 2 with the same issue)
Software Version: 14.1.4 Build 7709
Been wondering the same thing
Performed the manual software update as outlined - it appeared to work - but the next day, same error message and the manual software update did not work at all.
What's the next step here?
