Whenever I'm watching a video (specifically youtube), my roku will just restart about every 15 minutes or so. Has anyone else has this issue??
A good place to start is with the power supply.
Try using a power adapter at the wall if currently using TV USB port for power. (Any 5volt, 1amp cell phone charging adapter should work). If you are currently using a power adapter at the wall, try swapping it out with another one and see if that resolves issue.

Its seemed to have fixed itself but it hasn't happened since switching the power source so thanks :]
We just purchased a regular Roku Express (not the Roku Express 4K+) and installed it tonight. After being on multiple different apps (YouTubeTV, MAX, Amazon Prime Video), the Roku kicks back to the Roku home screen after only about 3 to 4 minutes EVERY TIME. It keeps doing this despite me doing all the following:
1) Restarted the Roku system
2) Reset the Roku system back to original settings
3) Changed the power adapter connecting the Roku Express to a power outlet (it hasn't been power-connected to the TV at all)
I have 2 of the Roku Streaming Stick 4K+s (purchased years ago), and I haven't this problem even one time with those. This is RIDICULOUS!!
What is an easy, permanent fix for this?!
First thing I would try is just restarting the router. (helps to refresh network connections).
If still having issues, I would see if changing the band I was connecting to helps. If your Express is model 3960 then you can use either the 2.4ghz band (stronger signal, but may be more prone to interference), or the 5ghz band (a bit weaker in its range, but usually faster and less prone to interference).
You can determine your Express model number from Settings/System/About.
If any other model other than 3960, you are limited to using the 2.4ghz band and will instead just have to enter the router wifi settings and try changing the "Wireless Channel" to see if one performs better than the other. (ch. 1, 6, and 11 are recommended initially, but you may end up finding that another channel other than these works best in your environment).
Another test is to just move the device to one of your working Express 4k's (3940/3941) location and see if it performs better there. If so, then likely it is an interference issue that hopefully an adjustment to the wireless channel will fix.
