Solving playback issues

Hi, Community users!

We understand the issue you have encountered with the Antenna Channels that disappear when turning off your Roku TV, and we're here to assist. We would recommend performing a system update to ensure that your Roku TV is running to the latest software to resolve the issue.

Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and app updates.

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Software update
5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

I've been having this problem for the past few months. I was able to resolve it today by going into the TV inputs menu and renaming "Live TV" to "Antenna TV". I think the icon may have actually said "Live Guide" instead of Live TV before I changed it, which may partly explain the issue. I'm not sure if it persists from power off or restarts but it does persist after switching inputs.

I have the same issue.  Also, when I go back to add Antenna TV as an input, it is not an option.  

I have tried every suggestion on this page and my local channels keep disappearing and the TV won't save my favorites.  This was never an issue until fairly recently.
