  1. Please make sure that the Roku smart home app and Roku indoor camera firmware are up-to-date.
  2. Confirm if the notifications are turned on in the indoor settings.
  3. Please confirm if the Roku Smart Home app is allowed to send notifications to your device.

Hi John I already tried the troubleshooting steps and the motion detection notifications of the camera still not working, the camera was working good, after 2 weeks, just when the free subscription expired, the problems start happening, as per the information labeled in the box, the subscription is not required in order to have the motion detection notifications, please help me to solve this issue.

Thanks for the update!

We would recommend trying to reinstall the app and then trying again to see if that makes any difference.
