Notifications for Roku 360

Same thing with me. If I don't start hearing some notifications by Monday then I'm going to return the item because the reason I bought it is because it said that it sends you immediate notifications to your mobile device

We get that you are not receiving notifications from your Roku Indoor Camera 360 SE on your Roku smart home app. No worries, we are more than willing to help you with this.

Let's see if this works for you. First, try uninstalling and installing the Roku Smart Home again. Then, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Turn on the notification settings and choose the motion events that trigger a notification:

  1. Select your device from the Home screen
  2. Tap Settings in the corner
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Expand Motion events
  5. All events are checked by default. Uncheck any that should no longer trigger a notification. Choosing to only be notified for personal events, as seen in the example below, can reduce your notifications by as much as 70%.

Choosing only person events can reduce notifications by as much as 70 percent

If you ever want to change your notification preferences, you can easily repeat the steps above and re-check any event.
