I am experiencing this same problem for a month or two now. It worked fine for several years and now this. It is ridiculous! I have re-paired a dozen or more times. I have also done a factory reset, as some in the community have suggested.
My serial number is: YP004H795283
Any assistance you are able to provide will be GREATLY appreciated. 2 AA batteries per week really adds up ($$$).
Thank you,

That's what Roku has always done with their products. They have always ignored our complaints. The only reason customer service is answering is because they flooded the market with their Roku TVs. They are great TVs but they are are built as cheap as possible. Now they have all kinds of TV company partners and tons of money but they still put out half-ass products.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I have passed along your information and concern to our Support team. I'd recommend keeping an eye on your email since they'll be reaching out to you from there.
Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
All the best,
Kariza
