Plugging the Roku device in the wall DOES NOT SOLVE the remote battery draining issue. I have to change batteries every other day, no joke. What is the solution???
My remote is brand new, I purchased it only a few months ago.

I am having the same issue Roku sent me a different remote it doesn't work any better I'm still using batteries constantly this is getting expensive what does Roku suggest apparently this has been an ongoing issue for quite a while and nothing has been resolved
