Hi, I'm having the same issue-I can't believe how fast the batteries are drained. Is there a resolution?

Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be viewed by navigating to Settings > System > About.

Changing remote batteries almost every week, 3 other remotes are good for 4-6 months.

System Info 3810X Steaming Stick + powered by HDMI port
S/N YH0071711365 Device ID 215047711365 S/W 10.0.0 bulid 4209-50

Voice Remote RC490 F/W 2.01.19.100

Please provide a solution to this problem.

Changing remote batteries every 3 days...

We are also having to replace batteries weekly. Model#3810rw. Serial#yh002e538350.
