I have two Roku Ultra's (different years) and neither one can pair to my Sony TV.  I've gone through the setup process multiple times, tried CEC and IR and can't get it to work.  Can anyone throw a dog a bone?

Sony TV - XR-65A80L, with latest update

Roku - Ultra 2024, with latest update

Voice Remote Pro - Model RC-OS1, 3026000193

• Is this your first time setting up a Roku remote for TV control on this Sony TV?
• If you have another smart TV, try using it with this device to see if the same issue occurs.

I have tried setting up the Sony TV multiple times and never found the proper code; even though I went through 50 codes.

It's an easy process and I have done it sucessfully with my older LG and newer Samsung TVs.

None of my Roku's (two Ultras and a 4k streaming stick) work with the Sony.  I've mixed and matched the systems trying to find one that works, but to no avail.

Does any IR remote work with your Sony, you might want to buy a cheap universal remote to test?  Is there anything that might be in the way of IR signals reaching the tv like a soundbar?
