I have the same problem. We thought by having a rechargeable remote would be beneficial but it lasted for 2 charges. The last charge stayed on 3% for a couple of days but now it just stays on 0. Can you direct me to warranty claims please?

When you get to the part where it asks for a serial number use the serial number of the Roku device it's paired to displayed under Settings->System->About, not any serial number on the remote.
If that doesn't get you anywhere post back here again.

Same issue they are acting like they don’t know this is a known issue. My remote was bought via phone from them so the serial number for my tv don’t match so I don’t know how to ge tv mines
