I ha e an Onn Roku TV th at the the remote buttons for up arrow and OK have stopped working. I have switched out batteries, restarted TV, re-setting remote, etc and nothing has worked. TV was purchased in July 2024, model number 100012588, Serial number CD 231461C70001742. Any help would be appreciated.
