Roku remote UP and OK buttoms not working

I ha e an Onn Roku TV th at the the remote buttons for up arrow and OK have stopped working. I have switched out batteries, restarted TV, re-setting remote, etc and nothing has worked. TV was purchased in July 2024, model number 100012588, Serial number CD 231461C70001742. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to contact onn.  They supply the remotes for their TVs.
