This, nor anything else I’ve tried works. Very frustrated. Love Roku, hate the remote.

During the remote setup, your Roku device will attempt to automatically detect the brand of your TV (over the HDMI connection) and program your Roku voice remote. In cases where the brand cannot be detected automatically, you will be taken through a series of steps to manually enter the brand and help program your remote. Please keep trying until you get the correct code.
Your Roku voice remote may not be able to control power and volume on all TV models. With some TV models, you may only be able to control volume and not power. You should also check that HDMI-CEC is enabled on your TV.

I have a Samsung Model UN55EH600F TV. After going through the set up remote for TV process the following happens:
Do you have a Samsung TV: Yes
Is music playing: Yes
Do you still hear the music Stop Codes 1: Yes
Are you the still hearing music Codes 2&3: Yes
Continue setting up remote: Yes
Did you still hear the music Code 4 has a dialogue Warning: "not available" which disappears after a few seconds and I can see the Did you still hear the music Yes
This repeats for Codes 5 & 6
Continue setting up remote: Yes
Do you still hear the music for Codes 7 & 8: Yes

Do you have any remotes that control your samsung other than the oem samsung remote? Some samsungs have the IR turned off, because the oem remote is RF. Or IR sensor could be broken?
As defined in my post the system correctly identified the TV brand. Also in my post, I ran through all the available codes, so your the first part of your reply does not apply. The TV does not have CEC capabilities, I tried that. I have also read your FAQ and tried any pertinent solutions.
I do have a remote for the TV. It is an IR remote and is fully functional.
Try the Westinghouse tv codes, some models use the Samsung code set.
Happy to try other codes. I assume I just say no when it asks if the TV is a Samsung. This will lead me to choose a brand, correct?
