Hi Ummagumma1969,
Thanks for reaching out here in Roku Community.
We're more than happy to look into this further. May we ask what Roku remote you have, a simple or voice remote? Have you tried to re-pair your remote to see if it helps? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
For reference on how to re-pair your Roku remote visit this page: How to fix your Roku voice or simple remote that is not working
We'll be waiting for your feedback.

I have 7 Rokus through TCL tvs and sticks. All have battery drainage issues. Please acknowledge the problem and solve it. I've tried all your troubleshooting ideas numerous times and nothing works. I'm going through battery weekly, sometimes more often. It's ridiculous. FIX it, please!

I have 2 Roku 3941 RW units where the remote eats up batteries every 2-3 weeks. The Roku units are only 3 months old and we watch TV maybe 2-3 hours a day at most. I use the Duracell Copper top alkaline batteries.
Can this be corrected or a fix for this issue?

I have the same exact battery issue for a looooong time with multiple remotes and have tried numerous tips on these threads with no luck. What are my options here? I like my Roku but this battery thing is slowly becoming a dealbreaker. Is my best solution to use a competitor's product?

RokuNimfa-C, you say frequently you are here to help and we'd all like to believe that but most of us continue to buy many new batteries to replace prematurely drained batteries by your remotes. If you really want to help, acknowledge the problem and tell us how/when Roku will solve this long-standing problem.
Looking forward to a response that really shows us all you are here to help.

I have 3 Roku devices. My 3810X - SN YH00CE602598 is costing me a fortune in batteries. I have scoured the multiple posts on this subject and tried everything suggested. I am replacing batteries almost every day.
Is there a solution? I'm wasting time and money. I have no battery drain issues with my other two Roku devices.

Could you tell us how are you powering your Roku device? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet? If the device is plugged into the USB port on the TV, we would recommend that you power your Roku device through a wall outlet to see if that helps the issue you are experiencing.
Let us know how it goes.
