I resolved my problem losing use of the mute and volume button. I had to reestablish the remote setting and setup my TV search for Insignia and it fixed the problem.

Figured it out. Go to settings, then to remote&devices, then to remotes, then to voice remote(in use), then to about, then select set up remote for tv control.  Then follow directions to activate.

I have tried the reset. Am having to use the TV remote for volume control

Roku Voice Remote (new) worked find for 3 days, then volume shot up so loud you cannot watch the tv.

Remote pairing completed several times, including attempt to use only TV voice. I cannot turn the tv off, nor adjust volume with remote.

I am having the same issue with volume control.  I have a Samsung tv, Roku model 3810X.  The issue ID is 41-191-130.  Hope you can a fix.  It's frustrating!  Thank you.

Within the past few days, my Roku remote stopped being able to control the TV's power and volume.  All other functions seem normal.
