Roku Voice Remote Issue Right Arrow Slow to Respond

Roku voice remote right arrow button is slow to respond.  I unplugged the roku device for 10 seconds, I repaired the remote, replaced the batteries, tried resetting with holding down back and home button 20 seconds.  The right arrow button is still slow to respond.  Please advise!

  • Serial number of the Roku player this remote is paired to.
  • Is this the remote that came with that device? If not, kindly specify if this is a Voice Remote Pro or Voice Remote Pro (2nd edition).
  • When and where did you purchase this?

Well, sorry to say, but this is a chronic issue that Roku is ignoring.

I've been having the same issue and got the same response from Roku.

Seems to be a manufacturing defect that Roku is neglecting to fix.

I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I suggest you and others do the same.

Clearly, that's the only option to try and get some real resolution.

Not sure I want to purchase another Roku at this point, so looking into other options for streaming.
