I have had my voice remote pro for almost a year. Within the last week it has started giving me problems. I try and use the voice command Hey Roku where's my remote and not answer. Then having problem with buttons working. And when they do its a delay. I have tried to repair the remote. Have unplugged the roku. Checked that voice command is set right. Very upset that it's not working the way it should. Need help.

It is recommended that this feature be turned on for optimal use. Once you've done this, try to trigger the lost remote finder by saying, "Hey Roku, where's my remote?" in a clear and direct tone.
Alternatively, you can use the mobile app like a remote to activate the lost remote finder in the Settings menu.
