Same thing is happening to me. I have to go HOME and start over for tv listings to appear.
Also, if I scroll over a few hours, most of the listings appear but go back to the actual time? NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE.
I’ve rescanned, rebooted, software updated and nothing has changed. I have a strong wi-fi connection according to the information on my TCL Roku tv.

Same here. Two ROKU tv’s started missing the information at the same time! Two different models! Software bug???

I'm having the same issue with the Channel Guide reverting to "No Information. I have done the Software Update AND the System Restart, but the Channel Guide drops the information within a few minutes.
Any other recommendations?

I see this has issue has been reported a number of time and possible solutions. I have had the same problem and have tried all the suggested fixes. None of the fixes are stable after about 30 minutes the channel guide loses information and displays "No Information".
This happens to both TVs, one is a Westinghouse Roku TV the other is a Samsung Roku TV.
I have done the reset multiple times and all the different routines that have been posted including Restart with Last Channel

This is not solved. As the op stated, the guide displays the correct information for about 15 minutes after a reboot, then goes to "no information" for all OTA channels. I've checked for updates and rebooted several times but the issue persists. TCL 65S435 Software version 14.1 Hardware C142X
