Re: Channel guide "No Information "
Try messing with the hide channels check box
Settings TV input, live TV, manage channels . Hide streaming

Live TV has no information
Ever since the last update of adding the channel visuals across the top I’ve been having “no information’ on all the channels almost every day. I never had an issue before the recent update. I don’t care for the update, but now I dislike it even more that there’s bugs they failed to identify. I have to exit out of live tv and then launch it again to get it to clear up.
This just tells me the testing before release was not very good or even done. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion.

Channel guide no information
I have a Phillips 40 inch roku tv. The guide drops after 15 minutes. I have done it all. Software check, reprogram antenna. Reset my router. Connection check all of it. Still loses information for the guide after 15 minutes, I have reprogrammed it multiple times. It loads the guide and everything is good for about 15 minutes then poof it is gone again. There must be something going on with Roku itself. Any ideas?

Re: Channel guide no information
Looks to be a bug. Existing thread here https://community.roku.com/t5/Channels-viewing/OTA-Channel-Guide-quot-No-Information-quot/td-p/10482... indicating Roku is looking into it.
Just another Roku user... I am not a Roku employee.

Re: OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
This started in feb. 2025 .. started after roku added icon to top of tv guide. This is a roku program issue. Appears they are not working on problem. Looking at history this seems to happen every year 2022 thru 2025 . Must restart tv to get tv info .. goes away shortly after restart...

Re: OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
This happens every day for months. I'm in Amarillo, Tx. I have rebooted multiple times and update system. See info and photo of what issue is. Appreciate any assistance you can give me. Thanks, Kay McKnight

I don't see where to add photo of issue, but the subject "no information" shows up and guide is missing into.

Re: Live TV has no information
Does anyone have a solution other than turning the TV off/on every time you need channel information?
None of the solutions offered in the past do not last more than a few minutes. I expect a lot better than this from ROKU. Going to loose customers.

Re: OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
Same thing is happening to me. I have to go HOME and start over for tv listings to appear.
Also, if I scroll over a few hours, most of the listings appear but go back to the actual time? NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE.
I’ve rescanned, rebooted, software updated and nothing has changed. I have a strong wi-fi connection according to the information on my TCL Roku tv.
