Same Problem and I've done the check for updates and restart the system.  It worked for about an hour and a half yesterday evening and went back to no information.

I have the same issue.   Software is up to date.   Changing zip codes, no help.  This is on live tv using my antenna.  Turning off and on pulls in channel guide for a few minutes.  North Carolina.

Not resolved ..  restart, unplug, update - says have most resent - ok...  this started in feb 2025..  this was the same time you added show icons at top of channel guide.  This has effected all roku tv of several brands (4 tv).  This is your programming error..

For the past few days I've noticed that my channel information keeps disappearing on both my roku ONN and ELEMENT tv"s. I'll watch a show then when I go to view something else, I get a NO INFORMATION message on my channel guides.

Since the last update my live TV channel guide keeps displaying "No Information " on every channel.

Having to restart a tv when viewing to get channel lineup back is NOT an acceptable solution.

Why are you marking something SOLVED when it's not?  To "keep it tidy" is just lazy.  This is a problem all over the world so it's on Roku to fix it.  It isn't even a static problem.  Sometimes the OTA channel guide shows up when you turn the tv on, then disappears.  Others it shows no information on power on, then comes up, but disappears.  The biggest thing is that it always  DISAPPEARS.
