Hi, I am located in Northampton in the UK and have set it up from here. How do I send a PM message?
Thanks, Gemma

please can you let me know of this problem can be resolved Tommie do I need to return it to the store? Surely it shouldn’t be this difficult to get it to work!!!

I would really appreciate some help in getting my Roku player to work!
@RokuCarly
I have created a new account but the same problem remains!
I checked and my IP address is where I live.
What else can I do??
I have been having this same issue on two separate Roku devices. The Roku channel will not load any movies or live tv. I have followed this thread and completed the reset and updates but nothing corrects the problem on either device. I am not having trouble with any other streaming channel. What can be done to get the Roku channel to work?
Are you based in the UK? It’s so frustrating as there is no way of getting a solution or speaking to anyone directly, apparently my issue has been passed to another support team and I am still waiting nearly a month later to use the device!
Hi @Cari_B,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for letting us know about this, and we'd like to see more of what's going on here.
When did you start seeing the issue occur? Is this an isolated case on The Roku Channel, or is it happening across the channel on the Roku platform?
Have you tried connecting your device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you're still seeing the same issue occur?
Let us know more about this so that we'll be able to work further into it.
Best Regards,
Rey
I am having the same issue with Roku Channel in North Georgia, USA on all five Roku devices. I deleted, reset, and reinstalled more than once, each. My husband did the same, the same result. Speed/Connectivity is not an issue. Every other channel works just fine, subscription or free with ads.
Hi @idontwanttoregi,
Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community!
We would like to know more about how we can assist. Could you please tell us more about the issue you're running into? What content are you trying to access, and what troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
With more detailed information, we'll be able to assist further.
All the best,
Kash
"What content are you trying to access"
All content on the ROKU Channel fails to play. I can literally click any offering from the home page, press the "play" icon and the screen begins to load for a second then goes right back to the "play" icon. This only happens on the ROKU Channel. I have had ROKU streamers for many years, this happens on all five of them and has only recently begun. I'm not sure exactly when it started, I noticed on vacation time a couple of weeks ago. I typically use Prime.
"what troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve the issue?"
I've unplugged, reset the router, plugged back in, checked for updates, restarted the channel, removed the channel, added the channel back, no changes. My husband found this thread and tried everything listed as well, multiple times, no change.
My next step is to simply delete the channel and check back in a month or two unless you have another idea. Every other channel works. Mostly, I am in the FYI phase. Hope you have a great week.
