Roku channel guide only displaying ota channel numbers. guide information is ok .TCL 65" Roku TV Problem just started recently . I've done a soft reset and also a unplug reset .

Not sure when the update happened , the problem started within the last week or so. Never had this issue before. Thanks

We understand you're having a problem with the channel guide on the Roku channel. We're happy to assist you. Please try to restart your Roku by going to settings, system, power, and system restart.

I did the software settings, system, power, and system restart with no success . I also did a hard reset by disconnecting the power cord with the same results. The OTA channel #'s display normally , it's just the internet based channels that are missing their #'s !
