Re: My PlayStation won't connect. Roku tv

Jump to solution

Hello! @anti_quay1,

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you for reaching out about connecting your PlayStation to your Roku TV. We’re excited to help you set this up and ensure you have a great gaming experience!

When you connect a game console to your Roku TV, you can adjust several settings to improve performance, usability, and picture quality for optimal gameplay. With select game consoles, your Roku TV will automatically configure specific settings for you, letting you jump right into the fun without needing to do much to get your favorite games looking their best.

You can easily adjust the Game mode setting at any time using the instructions below.

  1. Switch to the port on your Roku TV where your game console is connected (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2, AV)
  2. Press Star on your Roku TV remote
  3. Use the directional pad to scroll up or down and select Picture settings. The directional pad is plus-shaped and is in the center of your Roku remote
  4. Scroll and highlight Game mode
  5. Press left or right to turn Game mode On (or Off)

For detailed information, please check this link: Best settings for gaming on my Roku TV.

Thanks,
Arjiemar

Hi I'm not a mod.

So roku had some HDMI update you need to go in setting and change it to the newest one i recommend doing a yt video on how to update the HDMI ports

If all fails try a factory reset

NOTE: a factory reset will WIPE ALL DATA on the TV you will need to set it all back

Thats all from me
