I recently got a new router and all of my other devices connect no problem but my Tv won’t and I’ve tried restarting and factory reseting my tv and both didn’t work
Update: Now it’s stuck in a failed update loop due to it not being able to connect to WiFi @support1 please help
I got it to go back to normal but now it’s still not connecting to the internet 😑
I've been having these same issues. Turn the TV on and it is not connected to wifi. We have to unplug it and plug it back in and magically it is connected. I've done everything except factory reset.... from other replies this doesn't fix the issue.

@Treadway_15, there's a "Known issue" thread about this:
I have to reset the network connections and reenter the wi fi credentials every time I want to use my TV.
I’m experiencing the same connectivity issues. It finds and connects to the network but says “no internet”. Very frustrating.
This fix is not working for my Hisense Roku TV. It sees the network but won’t connect.
Remote does not have a menu or settings, now, what ca I do?
it opens only to reader screen?
