Faded picture, ghost lines on element Roku tv

Having an issue with element Roku tv with faded ghost lines on the screen. Tried hard reset, factory reset and the images are still there. 

any thoughts?!

We understand the issue you've encountered. Seeing that this is an issue on your screen, it is a hardware malfunction that the TV manufacturer can attend to. We recommend reaching out to Element since manufacturers of Roku TV provide direct support with their TV models.
