There isn't a standalone Sportsnet app for Roku. (I think there was one sometime back, though).
You can watch Sportsnet on your Roku TV by subscribing directly to Sportsnet and then casting it to your Roku TV, or connecting a laptop to your RokuTV via HDMI cable and stream it from their site on the larger TV screen.
Could also of course, buy one of the supported streaming devices that Sportsnet is available on and connect that to your RokuTV via HDMI.

Additionally, if you have Prime Video, there is an option to subscribe to Sportsnet through Prime. Then you can install the Prime Video channel/app on your Roku TV and access your subscription that way.

Definitely read through the help pages from above and understand the difference between Sportsnet and Sportsnet+ before beginning a subscription so you know what you are getting/not getting.

Definitely plenty of ways to watch it on your RokuTV. Unfortunately, not by way of an app developed for Roku currently.
