Once the app is downloaded and open, I go to signing, then go to sign up. A box appears and says "Let's create your account". I click Continue and the app closes. I uninstalled ,restarted my Roku TV, then reinstalled the app. Same problem.

Edit: removing this because I misread the post.
I am having the same issue. I tried through site as well and no luck.
If I watch without signing in I can watch an hour of one channel and then it changes back to ion channel no matter what
I'm having the same issue.

It still doesn't work. I have fiber optic Internet. It's not a question of bandwidth, it's a software issue.
I did. I haven't heard back from them.
